Only the members themselves may participate in the partnership program, limited to one participation per person during the program period.
This Promotion is only open to members whose email address registered with Marriott Bonvoy matches the email address registered with Shinsegae Duty Free.
You can register or update your email address on the Shinsegae Duty Free online mall (ENG) via My Page > Edit your details.
The benefits provided through this partnership program are available only to Shinsegae Duty Free and Marriott Bonvoy members who have successfully linked their accounts.

※ In order to apply for Shinsegae Duty Free membership, you must be at least 14 years old.

※ In order to apply for Marriott Bonvoy membership, you must be at least 18 years old.

Participation in this partnership program is possible through Shinsegae Duty Free member authentication after logging into your Marriott Bonvoy account. (Cancellation and changes are not allowed after member verification.)

This partnership program grants Shinsegae Duty Free membership tiers based on the Marriott Bonvoy Elite membership level.

Membership-based benefits and membership validity are determined according to Shinsegae Duty Free’s membership policy.
If your current membership level is equivalent to or higher than the provided level, it will not be modified. The validity period of your current membership level will be maintained.
Only the registered Marriott Bonvoy and Shinsegae Duty Free member may complete verification once, and using another person’s information (such as family’s or acquaintances’) to receive benefits may result in restrictions on future use of the service.
The validity period and provided benefits for Shinsegae Duty Free membership are as follows:
Some brands and products may not offer any membership discount or may offer a discount different from that provided by this Promotion.

[Marriott Bonvoy Points related Terms & Conditions]

Marriott Bonvoy Points can be earned on your eligible purchases at Shinsegae Duty Free under the Promotion only by members who have linked their accounts by verifying their Marriott Bonvoy membership and applying for mileage accumulation on the Shinsegae Duty Free Online Mall (ENG) [My Page > Affiliate Mileage/Points] (“Eligible Participants”). (Earning Marriott Bonvoy Points is possible for purchases made from August 26, 2025, onwards.)
Marriott Bonvoy Points can be earned for only one partnership program per purchase month, which can be selected via Shinsegae Duty Free website, and partner application or changes are allowed only once per month. (After the month of purchase, application for the previous period is not possible.)
Up to 1,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points can be accumulated per Eligible Participant per month based on completed and picked-up Shinsegae Duty Free purchases.
2 Marriott Bonvoy Points can be accrued for every KRW 1,000 spent on online or offline purchases at Shinsegae Duty Free. Points are not issued for purchase amounts less than KRW 1,000.
Marriott Bonvoy Points are issued to the relevant Marriott Bonvoy membership number within the following month after picking up your purchase.
If a purchase is canceled or returned after the duty-free purchases have been picked up, the corresponding Marriott Bonvoy Points will be deducted.
If the Marriott Bonvoy membership number is invalid, Marriott Bonvoy Points cannot be accumulated.
If you cancel your Shinsegae Duty Free or Marriott Bonvoy membership after participating in this partnership program, Marriott Bonvoy Points will stop being accrued.
Marriott Bonvoy Points may not be accumulated simultaneously with other mileage or points available on the Shinsegae Duty Free website.
Marriott Bonvoy Points earned may be canceled or invalidated if Marriott International or Shinsegae Duty Free identifies or suspects any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of the partnership program terms and conditions.
Marriott Bonvoy Points cannot be earned for some brands depending on the policy of Shinsegae Duty Free or the respective brands.
Marriott International and Shinsegae Duty Free reserve the right to withdraw the Promotion or amend these Promotion terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to any person for doing so.

[Shinsegae Duty Free Affiliate Cash Event (Limited-Time Offer) related Terms & Conditions]

Affiliate Cash earned via the limited-time offer may be used only at the Shinsegae Duty Free Online Store (ENG) and will automatically expire on the stated expiry date.
In accordance with Shinsegae Duty Free and certain brand policies, Partnership Points (Affiliate Cash) may not be applied toward purchases from specified brands or toward products already discounted by 30% or more.
Partnership Points (Affiliate Cash) cannot be combined with other Partnership Points offers provided by Shinsegae Duty Free (only one type of Partnership Points may be applied per receipt).
The benefit will be applied to the purchase amount after any membership, product, or coupon discounts have been deducted.
If a purchase made using Partnership Points (Affiliate Cash) is canceled or refunded and the Points have expired as of the cancellation date, the Points will not be reissued or refunded.
Partnership Points (Affiliate Cash) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

[Shinsegae Duty Free Shopping Voucher Event (Limited-Time Offer) related Terms & Conditions]

Shopping Vouchers may be used only by foreign individual travelers at Shinsegae Duty Free (Myeongdong, Incheon International Airport T1/T2) and will automatically expire on the stated expiry date. Group tours and guide-accompanied tourists are not eligible to use this benefit.
In accordance with Shinsegae Duty Free and certain brand policies, Shopping Vouchers may not be applied toward purchases from specified brands.
Shopping Vouchers cannot be combined with other Shopping Voucher offers (only one type of Shopping Voucher may be applied per receipt).
The benefit will be applied to the purchase amount after any membership, product, or coupon discounts have been deducted.
If a purchase made using a Shopping Voucher is canceled or refunded and the voucher has expired as of the cancellation date, the voucher will not be reissued or refunded.

[Shinsegae Duty Free Points Event (Limited-Time Offer) related Terms & Conditions]

This event is a joint membership event offered by Shinsegae Duty Free and Marriott International. Eligible participants who sign up as new members of the Marriott Bonvoy® program during the event period will receive 5,000 Shinsegae Duty Free Points.
This event is only open to new Marriott Bonvoy members who are legally able to participate in their country and agree to the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules. Customers who already have a Marriott Bonvoy account are not eligible.
The event runs from December 1, 2025, 00:00 KST to January 31, 2026, 23:59 KST. By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
To participate, the following steps must be completed:
Sign up for a new Marriott Bonvoy account via the promotional link provided during the event period.
After completing your Marriott Bonvoy registration, verify your membership through Shinsegae Duty Free’s online mall: [My Page > Shopping Services > Partner Mileage/Points].
A valid email address is required when signing up for Marriott Bonvoy.
Duplicate Marriott Bonvoy accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual, the promotional benefit may not be awarded.
The 5,000 Shinsegae Duty Free Points will be credited by the end of the month following the event’s end date.
Points can be used at Shinsegae Duty Free online and offline stores and will expire automatically after the validity period.
Use of points may be restricted for certain brands according to company or brand policies.
Points used on canceled or returned purchases will not be refunded or reissued if they have already expired.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Marriott International is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or technical inaccuracies contained within the event materials. The Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules apply to this Event and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
